   - To qualify for a refund, there must be documented proof, such as photos, videos, or other verifiable evidence, demonstrating that the damage or loss occurred while the item was under the care of Eagle Eye Logistics.

   - Proof of Loss/Damage: We require clear documentation of the loss or damage, which may include images, video footage, or an official report that confirms the condition of the item during its handling by Eagle Eye Logistics.

   - Any loss or damage claims must be made within a reasonable timeframe from the moment the goods are entrusted to Eagle Eye Logistics.
