We offer several delivery options with Uk main delivery companies to guarantee your parcel is safe and delivery is efficient. All delivery prices including Next day and Special delivery depend on the parcel's weight and size however we promise to get the best quote for our customers.

Yes. We will contact all our customers to notify them of their parcel's arrival to the UK. You can then inform us if you would like your parcel to be posted to your UK address or if you would like to collect. In case of collection, an appointment needs to be made to arrange pickup.

If you miss your collection appointment, you can reschedule your appointment up to 3 times within a 30 days time frame. Any parcel not collected or posted within 30 days will be destroyed.

Yes, all services booked through us, include full online tracking from collection right through to delivery. You will be given a unique tracking number so you can monitor their parcels journey.

Currently Eagle Eye Logistics only import parcels Cameroon to UK however in the near future we are hoping to send parcels from UK to Cameroon.

You can drop your parcel to our cameroon head offices (Limbe or Douala) or you can send your parcel through bus agency from your city

Yes, we will open and inspect all parcels in cameroon to ensure all goods meet our freight policy.

From Cameroon to UK, we accept a minimum of 5kg per client. If a client sends a parcel weighing less than 5kg, they will be charged the cost of a 5kg parcel. For example if you send 3kg and our rate is 6,000cfa per kg, we will charge you 6,000cfa x5 which will be 30,000cfa. There is no maximum you can send which means we accept parcels that weigh several tonnes. From UK to Cameroon, we accept a minimum of 10kg per clients. If a client sends a parcel weighing less than 10kg they will be charged the cost of a 10kg parcel. For example if you send 3kg and our rate is 6,500cfa per kg, we will charge you 6,500cfa x10 which will be 65,000cfa. There is no maximum you can send which means we accept parcels that weigh several tonnes.
