1. Raising Your Voice:
   If a customer raises their voice, our staff have the right to inform them that shouting is not acceptable. Should the customer continue to shout, the staff member may refuse service and end the interaction.

2. Failure to Listen:
   If a customer refuses to listen to the staff member or interrupts repeatedly, the staff member has the right to end the call or service interaction.

3. Insults and Threats:
   Any customer who calls our staff names, insults them, or makes any form of threat will have the service immediately terminated. This includes verbal abuse, personal attacks, or aggressive threats of any kind.

4. Reporting Abusive Behaviour:
   In the event of any abusive behaviour, the staff member must pass all relevant customer information and evidence (e.g., call recordings, written correspondence, or notes) to the appropriate department within the company for investigation.

5. Investigation and Action:
   All reports of abusive behaviour will be thoroughly investigated. If necessary, the customer will be blacklisted from using our services in the future.

6. Police Involvement:
   If a customer’s behaviour escalates to a level where there are threats of harm, physical aggression, or any other illegal activity, the police will be contacted immediately. The safety of our staff is our highest priority, and we will take all necessary steps to ensure their protection.

Eagle Eye takes the safety and well-being of our employees seriously. We will not tolerate any form of abuse towards our staff and will take appropriate action, including involving law enforcement, to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
